Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Your dispatch email will contain a tracking link. Click on the link to track your order. If you need help following this, please email sales@khen.com

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately we do not offer product exchanges.

If you would like to replace an item you have purchased, please follow our returns process. After receiving your returned item, we will issue a refund minus the return cost. You can then place a new order on the website.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at sales@khen.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your payment will be processed immediately, and taken within 5 days of placing your order, depending on which payment method you use.
